6. I saw this white mom and daughter pull about toddlers out of a little sedan as proceed to place them one by one on the dirty tar ground in a parking lot on a hot day and change their diapers. These were black babies with white caretakers. They sped off when they saw us looking at them.

32. These ones were oftentimes treated like this or were chidlren at a daycare that treated the kids this way while depriving them differently. We did an entire thing on it how the kids only in their care for weeks would then do the same activity and we looked into it further and found the kids were like accepted by the depriving daycare lady for doing the same activity suggesting it was almost like a biological warefare activity concept were the lady was the only daycare person available and this was the ongoing activity in the small region.
