The problem lies within the charges. Murder has a specific definition that wasn't met. Had she been charged with manslaughter the case might have gone to court. But then again, maybe not, because they could have reduced/changed the charge to manslaughter. The Dr. comes off as bipolar.

Somebody needs to file a complaint on the DA to Judicial Fitness and investigate him,and other cases he's done.
Ant no way I'm laying on a table for some DR. To reconstruct any part of my body. I'm blessed with what the Good lord gave me.This Drs. Should gave been charged with malpractice, and neglegance.But I think after the 2nd persons death their should have been a further investigation on the Dr. She might have been under the influence of something while operations where being done.I don't think the Dr. Meant to cause these actions that caused death to the patients. But she should never practice medicine ever again,and the medical board needs to pull her licence.
She is an ER dr like ME. There is no way in hell that I am qualified to do any of the procedures this quack was doing, and I even had 2 years of general surgery residency that she never had. She has absolutely no business doing this!

The sister said she’s ok with decision to drop charges because she was $$PAID$$ well to be ok with it. Money$$ heals the loss of a love one.

Of course she can't be indicated for murder this is medical negligence but not murder.

Let’s be honest, some women need these surgeries because their bodies are not too appealing.
