  1. On Thanksgiving I was driving home at about 1 int he morning. There was a car ahead of me about 300 yards. He crashed into the ditch on the side of the road. The driver's door was almost facing the sky. I pulled over, put my emergency flashers on while telling my older teen to call 911, grabbed a flashlight off my door and went to the car. Long story short, the driver half climbed half fell out of the car. He was the only one in the vehicle and he was drunk as a skunk. There was a language barrier, but he was trying to tell me he was okay and get me to leave. I didn't want him to know the police were already coming, so I pretended I was sticking around to call a tow truck for him. I went back to my car and let dispatch know the make, model and plate of the car. A description of the man and that he was very drunk. He crashed about a mile down the road (or less) from where the CHP station is 😂
Several years ago, I was heading home from having dinner with my family and came upon a truck that had crashed off the road into a tree. The man was trying to get the truck unstuck. I called that one in too. For that one I ended up being a witness for the court case.
Six years my landlord started drinking after being sober for years. He drove drunk to go get more alcohol. I called the police on him. When he was turning back into the driveway he missed and hit right where my son had been playing earlier that day. He corrected the vehicle and drove down the driveway to his house (behind mine) and the police pulled in right behind him.
About 10 years ago I reported a woman that was drunk and attempting to go pick up her 14 year old scared daughter. The woman had just been breathing in my face, then got in her car to go get her daughter. The daughter texted me saying she was scared. I was already going to report the woman, but the added urgency got the police to her faster.
I have also reported many other vehicles where the drivers can't maintain their lanes. They ping-pong from left to right, speed up and slow down.
I HATE intoxicated drivers and I will not hesitate to make sure they get busted.

  2. Hey people, if any of you think it is okay to not have the chest buckle in the CORRECT position on a car seat, watch this again. If any of you think it is okay to turn a child forward facing before they are supposed to be, watch this again. If any of you think it is okay to switch a child/baby to a booster seat sooner than laws AND recommendations, watch this again. If any of you do anything other than follow complete and total car seat laws and recommendations, watch this again. Don't be lazy with the chest buckle. Don't have the straps loose and floppy. Don't turn them forward facing before they are supposed to be. Rear facing they may break a leg, but a broken leg is better than a broken neck. If the words "but my child/baby is tall/big/mature" starts coming out of your mouth, go ahead and report yourself to CPS. Oh, and watch this again.

  3. Kadrian, you saved your baby's life. Absolutely saved her life by being a good momma and ALWAYS making sure she is strapped in right. It's the only silver lining in a horrific stormcloud that the little girl survived. I hope the deceased are at peace, and that the baby has a good support system around her.

  4. Officers should apprehend criminals as quickly as possible, not call off pursuit. I know the arguments on both sides but it's better to remove them as dangers. You never know what you are allowing them to do or who is going to be killed because you chose to let them go.

  5. That firefighter needs to know he rescued that baby
It would not have survived much longer with as serious of a leg injury as it sounds baby’s don’t got a lot of to lose and the trauma shuts down the brain
He saved that child it’s gonna live because of his quick response and I hope he knows that

Edit oh god I hope the baby makes it I’ve just got to the part where he says the infants super critical
    Edit two
Thank god but what a horrid tragedy that piece of shit needs to get some prison justice
