Translation: EVERY Stop, just like Penn. v Mimms & Maryland v Wilson. 'I was concerned that an Argument or Imminent Threat would occur, if I told them!' …Officer Safety.

It's about time government stood up to criminal and bad police officers and as for police unions crying and bitching about how this is going to impact officers and their families SO WHAT, you ever thought how the actions of criminal and bad police officers impact the lives of the people and communities in which they serve. They swore an Oath the the Constitution and to the community yet they brake their Oath and dishonour the people every single day. If they all resign that may not be a bad thing at least the state troopers / police can start a fresh and have Honest non corrupt officers that uphold their Oath
