    A female cop, alone on her own on patrol. That's a recipe for disaster. Females should NOT be beat cops. But, it doesn't matter if an individual has $10 or $10,000 cash on him. That, in and of itself, is NOT ILLEGAL and it is none of those cops business where it came from. Cash is legal, and civil asset forfeiture is THEFT by law enforcement.
