35 thoughts on “Cops Illegally Arrested Him So He CRUSHED Them In Court! And He’s About to DO IT AGAIN!

  1. Cops do not protect and serve, they are on a continuous hunt for their favorite prey…law abiding citizens

  2. 2:22 he sure asking a lot of questions of the dispatch but has zero info himself…always a recipe for disaster when you try to use law enforcement as muscle to violate human rights 🤦🏾‍♂️

  3. The guy refusing to comply, he’s recording every interaction and putting it on his YouTube channel knowing that people are going to be pissed and complain. Now he’s suing. He’s a professional menace, just my opinion.
The police should have handled it differently I agree. The lieutenant was exactly right in his decision he wasn’t over zealous and knew the other officer was out of line when he said “that’s convenient”.
Now the YouTube guy gets visibly upset and even though the judge threw all charges against him out (because it was retaliatory on behalf of the police), this guy is suing everyone under the sun because he was intentionally being a menace.
    Scam anyone?

  4. Lesson learned: If you can't get out of a time share or other similar contractual agreement of usage rights…be annoying enough that they want to cancel your contract.

  5. It’s outrageous that law enforcement behaves this way…I can’t even watch the full video after they said they were going to smash his window and drag him out to arrest him for disorderly conduct when he’s been sitting in his truck since they arrived. Law enforcement is trained to lie and they’re very good at lying…yet they want us to trust them…do they not understand how contradictory that is?

Earning the hate one day at a time!!!

  6. It's always the smokers that perpetuate such bullshit. Always. It's like they can't help themselves from making the most terrible decisions in any situation.

  7. Gotta love channels that demonize the police who are already severely underpaid and under appreciated for risking their lives and dealing with incredibly challenging, stressful, dynamic, and dangerous situations in order to help protect complete strangers, many of whom openly hate and disrespect them. Its such a bizarre preoccupation to intentionally spread animus and distrust for police officers which inevitably results in more tense and violent encounters between police and individuals which leads to unnecessary deaths, hiding behind a pretense of educating the public. But whatever gets you paid, right?

  8. They attempted to retaliate for the YouTube video and lost. Cops are always so petty. Question their authority and go to jail, bruise their ego’s and go to jail !
Cops are trained to intimidate and escalate and violate our rights! They have become feelings enforcers not law enforcement cause they don’t know the laws.

  9. And as far as that crap goes with driving it's all crap because the freedom of movement a judge ruled in a supreme Court ruling that you can travel on any highway or in or out of the country without a driver's license insurance or tags on your automobile if you are not engaged in commerce

  10. Given that the 'L' in SLAPP stands for 'lawsuit', and Arizona's statute instead applies to 'action' it'd actually be an anti-SAAPP law (Strategic Action Against Public Participation).

  11. a private company misuses the emergency call to get a free of charge bodyguard service.
    that can't be.
so the called hitman go straight into battle mode and try to create casualties.

  12. I wonder what was going on in the collective minds of law enforcement here. "Wait, what about this…we charge him for all of the things that we said earlier that didn't apply…that will teach him not to file complaints and post videos of us".

  13. It's absolutely mind blowing that a phone call is GOSPEL to today's police. The caller told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

No investigation, no eye witnesses etc.

Show up, cuffs out or worse, because they got a call.
