  1. I live in Washington Seattle and I was there I was I was Theater 6 watching a movie and when I heard yelling and gunshot I was panicking I was with my mom and my lil sis I told my mom to get under the seats and we hid everyone was running I was scared af thats I all I can say I can say anymore information police told me to not say any thing 😅

  2. it would be comforting to be as stupid as this guy. No worries, no responsibilities, no common sense. Everything is happening TO you, nothing is your fault. It would be a relief then I would die.

  3. Honestly, you kinda have to either do a lot of research of some kind, take numerous in depth criminal justice classes, or watch a hell of a lot of bodycam videos (like I have lol) to really fully grasp the details of lawful arrest and search and such.

It's not actually as easy as it would seem to fully understand a lot of this stuff, but this guy is one classic example of thinking he knows the law and being like 95% wrong lol. He got some elements of a few things right, but it wasn't the right context for those things to apply so… yeah. Damn.

It should really be easier to understand or like a hell of a lot more ubiquitous in the education system or something so we can all truly know where we stand and have no excuses to be wrong. I think that could potentially diffuse a lot of arguments and confusion between people and police.

  4. There will always be authority in this world, if you just chill and comply like a normal human being then all your discrepancies can be heard in court against anyone. Stop being a difficult person and make it worse for yourself by doing everything but cooperating.
