In Sturgis, South Dakota, multiple agencies patrol the 1997 Bike Rally where they maintain a “pay or stay” stance to benefit local schools. During the event, a man attempts to barter with a tow company to get a bike back, and a woman is left shocked by a fine for indecent exposure. In nearby Beulah, Wyoming, a lone deputy shuts down an illegal drag race on a public road. Finally, a man involved in a bar brawl is tackled during a rainy foot pursuit.

Now, if you want to see "bikers," go to the Swigwam on St Petersburg Beach on a Sunday. You'll see 50 to 65 year old white guys affecting a "Vietnam Era Road Dog" look on their 37,000$ "Heritage Blubbertail" with their tit-jobbed, bumblebee shaped "Harley Grackle" wife's "Molls" on the back in their adorable little pirate suits. Can you imagine all those small business owners roaring into your town for 2 weeks of Bob Seger and 'play acting?'

Almost 30 year's ago!! Time has come and gone.1997 was a good year to me! Not so good for the rest of the group. They all landed in jail that week.
