  1. As someone with Crohn's disease, I sympathize with this guy so much. When I travel anywhere I gotta know where local toilets are that I can have access to. Sometimes I gotta rush to the nearest fast food place omw to a destination so I don't soil myself. It's hell having bowel problems and having to run all the time.

  2. A lot of people in the comments didn't hear or refuse to understand the cops reasoning with one simple sentence.

    "I don't know what you're intentions are"

Which is true, if he goes to the bathroom, Officer doesn't know if the guy will come out and produce a gun, a knife, attack him, flush something he shouldn't have had, possibly have a grenade, he doeesn't know. If the officer were to walk him to the bathroom and wait, he opens himself to being attacked, or the perp runs or does everything which relates to my first point, he doesn't know what the guys intentions are.

There are so many videos of cops giving leeway to people and giving them the benefit of the doubt/trusting them and then they are punished for it. The perp runs, the perp resists, the perp fights and in some cases the cops leeway gets them killed.

While I don't like the cop for saying that statement that wasn't true, and I am sure he will be written up for it, the issue still stands. The guy blew a red light and broke the law. If he didn't, all of this wouldn't have happened.

  3. I'm with the bathroom guy if he had to go he had to go, he gave him his license, the book with all the stuff inside, the cop could follow him and wait outside the bathroom lol kinda extreme that you don't stop before making a turn and now you gotta shit yourself, cause the cop can't wait for you to go to the bathroom

  4. And the instant lying

"I'm not giving you anything I don't have to, I'm leaving!"

    And

"He sh!t himself, I'm not searching him here. I'll search him at the jail."

    Supervisor: "Did you search him?"

"I was just about to do that."

  5. "Im not a jerk"

    "Apparently ya are"

    "No im not"

Bro gave you the stuff you asked for. Was not going anywhere that you could not easily detain him. And needed to shit. You are an asshole. You can say the trucker was not listening but thats because he HAD to go. You did not have to be an asshole. You had zero reason he atleast had some

  6. I RARELY ever disagree with the Police, but I truly believe if you look at this stop, even a NOVICE like myself could see this man's true intentions weren't bad. #1, the man came down out of the truck immediately, & ready to run to the bathroom like someone on a mission!! And the Cop said, get back in your truck!! He said, I have to go to the bathroom really bad!! The Cop said, NO, you're going to give me your info first. He said, ok. He INSTANTLY grabbed his driver's license faster than anyone I've seen yet! AND, he gave him his Trip/Truck Book, no problem!! Whatever he asked for, he instantly complied. Now, that should have given the Police Officer enough to say, ok, let me pat you down to make sure you're not trying to take a gun in there or drugs or something. And then, he could have also said, but I'll be standing RIGHT outside this door, so do your business, Sir & let's get this taken care of. That's ALL he needed to do. But because that Cop seems to have a bit of an ego, he didn't like the guy saying, I GOTTA GO TO THE BATHROOM NOW. MY STOMACH IS MESSED UP. I HAVE IBS. I CAN'T WAIT. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT HERE IN FRONT OF YOU, SIR!! (Which he said that last sentence right away to the Officer). He was NOT being belligerent. He didn't look like some drunk guy, stumbling, or some drugged up guy acting all crazy. He seemed like a middle aged trucker in a HUGE hurry to get to the bathroom, because like so many people, he has a messed up gut. Something no one wants to have. And, I have a few people in my family who live with IBS And when they have to find a bathroom, they have to find it NOW. In fact, most of them tell me that they KNOW where every bathroom is at THAT end of the mall, and THIS end of the mall, or where it is EXACTLY, inside of those BIG Stores. So, yes. When someone has to go, they freaking have to go, & there's NOTHING they can do about it. So I do take offense on behalf of my loved ones, because God forbid a Police Officer would EVER treat them like that, as that's not acceptable behavior. What about when HE has to go??? I wonder how he'd feel if someone wouldn't let him, if he had a stomach condition that meant you can't hold it. And then to make things worse, this Cop was SO indignant that SOMEONE wouldn't listen to HIM immediately, that it's not enough to keep a middle aged person from the bathroom that's STEPS away, & who's begging & pleading & pleading over & over & over to go, nooo…but he has to now add INSANE amounts of insult to injury & then he actually TAZES the man!!!! And naturally, it forces him to have an accident. HOW DEMORALIZING!! What's WRONG with him!!! He was NOT a threat!! Shame on that Cop! I hope he gets an Attorney who gets it all thrown out & I PRAY someone above that young Cop tells him HE was VERY wrong!!! Even that other Cop, at the end said he was being mean or something to that nature. I think he was joking a LITTLE, but, you know how the saying goes, right?? There's ALWAYS a little truth in jest. And I'll end with that.

  7. Driver could have been little more polite instead of demanding then maybe the cop that's on a major power trip would haven nicer and let him go to the bathroom. But this officer right here is a great example of why I pack everywhere I go. We would have made national news that day but I promise I wouldn’t have popped my pants. This officer Hopfully was fired that's just ridiclous.

  8. Wow this is the first video out of 100s i didnt side with the cop, what an A-hole. All that seemed totally unnessary, usually the cops are quite patient in these videos but this one was a real pos
