😂😂😂 great way to get rid of your in laws
Yeah budy your getting divorced
A gun does no good if it’s locked up! Duh!
5:13 🤦🏻♂️really? Gunshot ringtone! WTF?
Bro I have guns, I have two that I keep loaded with one in the chamber next to my bed. I also have two dogs that will let me know when there is somebody who isn't supposed to be in my house, I just can't wrap my head around shooting somebody without doing some kind of confirmation first
Bros marriage is absolutely not surviving this. If you’re accidentally shooting your sister in law in the back because you forgot she was there… when she literally just got there…you shouldn’t be allowed to own a gun
This is what you're trying to do to Canada? Embarrassing.
Bro making himself look suspicious when they read him the rights 😂😂😂😂😂 when you innocent you just answer normally
Shut up, most police officers shouldn't be anywhere near a taser let alone a gun. It was an accident, notice how you didn't mention the percentage 0.001%.
Just another smug prick.
5:58 hes gonna catch em all cuz hes danny phantom
After combing through cook county court dockets, it appears that this man is still being held without bond a year and a half later… no trial date has been set… that’s insane! The sentence for involuntary manslaughter is 3-14 years… depending on when this case does finally go to trial, if convicted, he could very easily have already served half the sentence if he gets only 3 years… if he’s found innocent, he’s been held in jail for a crime he was acquitted for… if this truly was an accident as he claims, he’s should not have had to sit in jail this entire time… this is the part of the “innocent until proven guilty” I have a problem with… I would LOVE to know WHY the judge denied bail at the detention hearing… i can’t find any information on that… I can only imagine that he must have a criminal record bad enough to warrant a no bond detention… with so many other people who have a rap sheet as long as both arms and legs being released on bond or RoR, what has this guy done to warrant a no bond detention?
I wonder if there are any updates to this case….
Some people are too quick to reach for a gun. That’s why you don’t sleep beside a loaded gun.
man this is a really depressing one…
I'm not anti gun but the laws are ridiculous especially"stand your ground". Even if this really happened like he claimed, he thought a stranger was in the house, the person want close enough for imminent danger, and he didn't identify himself or give a warning. There are a ton of road rage incidents like this also. I grew up in the South, i know guns, but i also know responsibility
He doesn't wven seem upset at all, like just another day. I understand yoj may be in shock, but he just seems so matter of fact
I'm sure killing your wife's sister went over well, on the bright side she won't have to wait for him to get out of prison now.
0:42 the most unnecessary beep in the world
I dont trust bald guys with redditor/Metallica beards.Every second time someone shoots a relative they look Like this.
I’m not saying he’s a bad guy doesn’t seem like it on video, he could be pulling an act I highly doubt it on the video, but he really made one stupid terrible irreparable mistake unfortunately that he has to live with for the rest of his life, it’s still manslaughter also reckless homicide & still can do years & years & years in prison unfortunately, those type of Mistakes unfortunately drive people to suicide unfortunately because the guilt sometimes outweighs on people especially if they committed manslaughter due to the guilt of killing somebody by mistake or accident. Kudos to all the cops & firefighters on the swift response.
How do u accidentally shoot someone 🤦♂️
Listen up folks every time one of our amazing police officers makes an arrest and a successful with the charge of say attempted murder that goes in as a big plus for him in his next monetary and position placement within the agency. Please understand what I just said they might not have your interestin mind. Not all are this way there are some out there who are moving forward so beware.
Always hire an attorney prior to communication with the Leo, just to be protected. Explain your position and then shut up.
Everyone processes trauma differently so I'm not trying to be judgey, but it will probably look bad to an average juror that he didn't ask after the victim's welfare. We'd all like to think we'd be asking and asking to the point of being irritating to everyone around but the truth is maybe he's panicking and barely keeping it together so he's being quiet. Or something. That's the key thing to remember with this type of analysis; it could be "or something."
It surprised me that he was arrested immediately after the accidental shooting, if it now was an accident. It was also strange that the he only wanted to call his solicitor and not his wife when asked if he wanted to make anymore phonecalls.
He now faces 3-14 years in prison if convicted, about same time as a person who decides to drink and drive and who kills someone… If its an accident and taht gets same sentence as someone who intentionally drink and drive and kills someone is outrageous in my view!
I’m trying to just accept his story. I’m trying very hard. I’m not succeeding though. Is it just me?
