Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of murdering four University of Idaho students, wants his quadruple murder trial moved out of Moscow, Idaho. He claims he can’t get a fair trial because of inflammatory pretrial publicity. Prosecutors say the case can be tried in Moscow and want it to stay there. A jury is not a party to this case. The STATE is the plaintiff. BK is the defendant. A jury doesn’t get to try a case just because it happened in their backyard.

Judging by the comments below, it looks like about 99% of the public haven't done a deep dive on this case at all. What is actually happening is that online creators and Internet sleuths are cracking this case wide open. There are somewhere between 20 and 60 local people, that have way too much to do with this case, and all of them seem highly suspicious. This case is incredibly complex already, and most of the facts are still hidden. There is an absolutely massive cover up going on led by the Moscow Police.
Why are the criminals treated as victims these days? Way too much leeway for sick folks committing terrible crimes
