Bodycam footage shows Dallas cops interacting with a hit-and-run suspect who later died in police custody on June 28. Police should take anyone, regardless of their opinion anyone may be faking, as very serious, and get them to a hospital.
No calling EMT… as soon as this guy was vomiting they should have put him in a car and got him medical attention.
