Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding a disturbing incident that unfolded inside the home of a Michigan woman on Saturday. The Albion Police Department said officers caught 35-year-old Jessica Edward-Ricks allegedly trying to drown her 2-year-old daughter after stabbing her and her 4-year-old son.
