Bodycam footage shows the moments Indiana police confronted a woman accused of burning the American flag before replacing it with an ISIS flag on June 11. The Evansville Police Department said 43-year-old Sierra Justice Malloy admitted to the accusation before threatening to decapitate responding officers.
