2. Did they ever get Aiden mentally evaluated or?? I’m still stuck on the fact that he stabbed her over 100 times for no reason. He was definitely a serial killer in the making and I’m glad that the police were able to catch and put him away for good before he could hurt anybody else.

4. He plead NOT. guilty in the change of plea and it was ignored. The judge heard him but just stared at Aiden for a few seconds then continued on. Why has no one caught this. If I did then surely someone else did too. There was bill passed Feb 2021 stating that a 14 year old cannot be tried as an adult. I don’t think he did this.i believe he is trying to cover for someone or is afraid to speak up. The judge has asked him questions that a kid would not understand clearly and has been told to be careful what he says that will work against him therefore won’t speak up and told be careful what he asks or says. With as many stab wounds there were he didn’t have much blood on his pants when he was entering his house. He reacted with disagreement when they were talking of what had happened. The one time he really showed emotion. I also believe he was high when he was in the back of the cop car. He was not afraid of being in trouble and he mentioned at one time that he was going to go down for this

6. They shouldn't give victim impact statements with the murderer in the room… they get off on that, it gives them power, they love emotional reaction to their actions. As someone who was married to a dark triad woman, I learned quickly not to give her that attention… it drove her insane that she had no control over me.

14. Tristan's mother, God Bless that tormented woman and bring her peace. I cannot imagine how. How can Tristans family members rest their heads on their pillows each night and be free of all those horrible thoughts that haunt them? That wicked boy's crime was ever-reaching and continues to destroy lives as time passes. I hope and pray Tristan's family will take strength from each other, the love they share for each other in addition to their beloved Tristan. I wish I could wipe Tristan's killer from their mind, if only so they can forget what it feels to hate so much and just focus on the love of Tristan going forward. If I had a magic wand, I would use it for this wish.
