Alex Murdaugh’s defense attorney Jim Griffin told Judge Clifton Newman that they may call the disgraced lawyer to the stand later this week. Griffin motioned to keep Murdaugh’s alleged financial crimes out of questioning when prosecutors cross-examine him.
