   Happens when several medicines are combined. Did he have severe ulcerative colitis? Also a cause for the green liquid blow out and dirty soiled clothes laying around. With severe UC one cannot control the bowels. And stomach bile often floods out uncontrollably with other fecal matter like dried blood or clots. If he was sniffing something that jacked up his heart rate that could have triggered the blow outs and him getting into a hot bath to find relief or wash off, only made things worse and his heart went into tachycardia and he died. Horrible way to die.
