Everyday, NYPD Officers stop, harass and summons civilians for bullshit violations like Jaywalking, littering, being homeless at the wrong location and just litterly standing in a corner, However, NYPD officers violate the NYPD Patrol Guide at will without accountability until a determined Copwatcher like myself records them, then files a complaint against them resulting in loss of vacation/Sick pay, or other departmental disciplinary action, and then blasts this video on all social media platforms for exposure… An Officer utilizing his personal device watching T.V. while on Active Duty is a Violation and also puts Thier lives and the lives of civilians who depend on them for safety in DANGER which is unnaceptable.. That is why I am Definetly writing both these officers up. #NYPD
