That exhaust sounds like crap, I would make sure to verify any modifications that were made if someone stuck that on the car, the first thing to go, assuming the engine checks out.

Cammed, exhaust, crank pulley, i would imagine fuel rail and injectors, probably radiator and computer tune too is what id guess from the sound

All vehicles are built for 8ft+ people, but 4-ft people just jump in and drive like it's ok to drive BLIND.
