We pay for the body cams, the officers who wear them and the clerks who get us the copies. Why do we have to pay for something we already paid for? If you have to pay for the clerks time to get the information does he only get paid while he's doing that job? That's what we pay him to do . Why do we pay twice?
If they can't be trusted with little things how can they be trusted with bigger things?

100 dollars per audio or video recording from pa state police, 3 clips(300) to fight a 200 dollar ticket.
I still don't understand how/why we are charged for records.
The folks in the Clerk's office get paid regardless if they are fulfilling record requests or not, right? So again WHY are we getting charged????
