The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 60-year-old Missing Person Troy Johnson. He was last seen at 5:00 P.M., on Friday , May 28th, 2021, on the 3400 block of N. 18th Street.
He is 6’1″, medium build, medium complexion, black straight hair with and brown eyes. No clothing description given.
