Of course, the suspect is responsible for his actions, but why didn’t the cops block him in at the very beginning? He should’ve never been able to leave that parking lot.

It's crazy how you have to take a test to legally drive a car, but there is no test of any kind to make sure you are fit enough to be a parent.

Listen that man has no sense in his head. Why would you throw any child out of your car? And then leave your other child in a car with no help around. I think he should go away just for that! I am so sorry for that lady and her children.

Well firstly, what an awful excuse for a human being, much less a father. Secondly, anyone who thinks it improves public safety when a police pursuit is called off is simply ignorant of the facts. You dont know that the criminal is going to drive any less recklessly after cops disengage. This also allows them more opportunities to commit crimes which at the point theyre involved in a police chase, they are extremely likely to do. If you chase, you know 100% that criminal is going to jail or the morgue, as it should be, but if you dont, they could do any slew of horrible things to more people, and it would at that point be 100% the fault of whoever called off the chase.
