The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Michelle Rose. Michelle was last seen Monday, May 11, 2026, at 5:30 AM, on the 8xx block of Keely Place.
Michelle is 37 years-of-age, 5’2”, 120 lbs, thin build, light complexion, brown eyes, brown hair shoulder length, and multiple tattoos to hands and body. She was last seen wearing a hoody and blue jeans operating a black 2023 Jeep Wrangler, PA# MBY7563.
