the first shot was to disarm the suspect. a missed shot by the sniper. and he was pretty close too. maybe forgot to change his range on the scope? who knows

I've got a neighbor who was arrested for hurting his child, has had multiple dui's with accident, continues to drink and yells at neighbor kids because they are riding their bikes on the road in front of his house. It's just a matter of time before he causes an issue like this one.

police fired first without a warning but he was that drunk wouldn't have mattered, still drunk or not warning should be given and there was no imminent danger to any police officer.

If you watch the first shot, one frame at a time, it looks like his finger was off the trigger. Also, the part of the fence exploded and it doesn't look like it was caused by his gun.

I'm normally on the side of L.E.Os but those police fired 1st without warning. The charges were not the charges he should've faced. Seem like typical Cali bullshit charges. Very aggravating.
The police usually announce themselves and shout commands prior to using force. I wonder why they chose not to here..
