people are saying the child porn shouldn't be dropped but it's a negotiation, there might have been questionable evidence in the child porn and the prosecutor isn't sure if he even wants to bring it to trial so he drops it as part of the plea deal. That's probably what happened.

WTF!!!! only one year out of a 4 year sentence, and he managed to get his posession of child porn charge dropped? that is an absolute injustice! charges for crimes against kids should never be allowed to be dropped.
Only in Arkansas would they pit a woman against a young man? Obviously this department doesn't care 4 her safety! Thats just crazy add in a firearm? She's 1 lucky girl 2 be alive. Better choices must be made by her & especially her superiors.
Bring a woman cop 2 an arrest like that? They must be shorthanded or trying 2 get her 2 quit. He could've easily killed that woman, had he known what was coming he would've easily over-powered her & took her life.
Our judicial system in this country is completely fucked and broken. I have absolutely no faith that Justice will ever be done unless you do it yourself
I dunno why he tried to go for a gun – knowing the Court System, he would've gotten… I dunno, maybe a couple days in jail? A month at most? If even that?
Dude — if you have a legit legal letter allowing you to do limited driving to specific places, great! Let the officer detain you and then calmly tell him, he can look it up, and let you go on your merry way. Fighting like that is an immediate indicator that you are doing something illegal.
It was amazing how much healthier Andrew looked in his prison photo from his mugshot! If nothing else it gets people off of drugs.
The first case probably had the quietest cops I've ever seen. Any other cop would've said "stop resisting" like 20 times by the time these ones finally spoke up during the altercations.

What ever happened to battery on LEO? Doesn't matter, probably dismissed anyway, by our joke of a justice system. Both these winners should've gotten at least 15 years. Some of their crimes would have been the death sentence in some countries. USA, where crime pays.
