All the low probability high risk shots taken by police. Easily could have injured residents inside homes.

i think some people just don't think, like they don't think about the cop's family mourning them (if he killed the cop), they don't think that shooting at an officer is guaranteed jail time vs DUI, there's so many points where I would have thought, ok let me do what the cops say and prevent this from getting worse, but this guy just kept going. only conclusion i can come up with is that he does not have thoughts
