See, I don't understand why they didn't tase him before he could get back in the car. He was obviously noncompliant. They didn't hesitate to draw their firearms.
Cops had plenty of time to put down spike strips when the car was still in park! Or they had time to "boot" a tire to keep him from driving away. Or tase the damn tire! It will flatten. Geez cops…time to figure this simple stuff out! DISABLE the car before they can try to escape!

That dog seems like a bit of a loose canon. I saw the episode where the dog bit the handler because its paw got snared in some wire or rope, but this dog had no such excuse.
