  1. I thought one would get more than 3,5 yrs for taking a life. – But on the other hand: He will have to live with that guilt all his life.
    That's propably the worst punishment.

  2. It is a wake up call for him… sorry that he lost his friend and hope he did learn his lesson NOT to drive, I’m sure he can drive again if he is officially sober and prove you not drinking and building trust to the judge

This cop is getting everything he says to be inadmissible cause he keeps questioning after he says its all I have to say after making clear he wanted attorney and would say when he didn't want to answers anymore which he clearly did multiple times. He should've been content with getting "drinking and driving on colonial"
