Why does it always surprise everyone that there's rounds in the magazine? The pistol itself is just a brick without the ammunition. If there was one IN THE CHAMBER, that makes a world of difference, as the intent is to use it immediately without the forward thought of having to load one from the magazine into the chamber first.
Now, why on earth would you want to do something that will get you taken off to jail or sent to prison when you've got a broken foot? Not that it's wise to do stuff like that when you're able bodied, but if you have a disability jail is going to be extra hard for you.

Can barely move and she reaches for an officers gun. If for some inexplicable reason, she got the gun, she would be deleted by one of the other officers in about 2 seconds. Unbelievable.
