In other news: Officer Rita was presented the city's highest award for galantry under fire. Rita single-handedly took down an auto theft ring. Lovely Rita.
I'd rather see 1000 overwhelmed cops that can't keep up with the situation, than one bullet flying unnecessary. Anyone driving such a car has insurance covering it all anyways.
BUT, getting your police equipment or even car stolen in such a way should lead to facing legal consequences.
And crimes committed with it should get you the charges for It too.
You were supposed to protect the public, completely opposite to giving criminals access to law enforcement vehicles, equipment and so on.

4 years and 5 years is not enough especially both were on felony parole already???? Our justice system is so messed up.😢😢😢
