  1. I'm empathetic of people who have lost everything because of addiction but it's kinda crazy how it's portrayed like fighting the police, attempting to grab a service weapon, not answering questions etc is a natural stress response or whatever. The poor homeless woman is just so anxious, it's not her fault at all.
No, she's just tweaking, has likely sustained brain damage from drugs and has nothing to lose. It's literally all explained by drugs.

  2. So they go on and on about her history of behaving like this and these two knitwit officers don’t take the proper preventative measures, I mean, she slipped the cuffs. They put them back on and slipped them again like guys you need to get a new job.

  3. Talk about officers NOT in control..geeze, a person wouldn't feel safe with them around. She doesn't know this girl, but yet allows her to be in her car..stupidity in that neighborhood.

  4. The video is absolutely INSANE!

But there's one thing that really catches my attention and I just don't understand… the man in the white shirt says he tried to stop the fire truck and even said he was holding onto the side of the truck trying to reach the driver's window and stop it…

But why is it that at the beginning of the video we see the girl running from the fire truck, being chased by a "police officer," and then this man appears running in the opposite direction as if he were escaping from the area where the truck is?

And his response when they catch him is "I'm not going to get my shirt dirty"? Instead of saying first that he was helping or something like that?

It's very strange that he seemed to be running away and then he was actually the one who helped prevent the whole thing from ending in tragedy…

  5. guy in the white shirt and cap is a hero – who jumps in the window of a fire truck with a psycho person trying to stop them so they don't drive into a school? this guy!

  6. I had a client of mine do this 25+ years ago. She was developmentally disabled (or so they say). One of the other clients had a medical emergency and as soon as our backs were turned off she went.

  7. Is this what he means by 2 videos a day, he’s just mushing 2 different ones together and we have to figure out what the hell is going on?! Oh Tyler.
Loved it when the cop got so excited after realising the guy jumped on the fire truck😂

  8. 4:53 What is she trying to do right now. She really believes she is a super slim acrobat. Even one of these did not fit through this gap, especially not if you had a huge wad in front of you. 🥴🤣🤣

  9. It is not only mental issues imo … she really is dangerous to society… SHE nearly kidnapped that squat car too… they didn't realize the cuffs are too lose and they cuff her too lose again? Wow … USA has a big problem with having closed all mental /hospital/ facilitys… she needs to be under constant observation…. SHAME

  10. do you live here? "I thought I did. I have amnesia"
ummmmmmmm…. where the heck is this crazy place?
wait.. what does the girl with amnesia have to do with the girl in the firetruck? we watching 2 different shows?

  11. I am getting so fed up with police officers not knowing a simple procedure of putting a female in hand cuffs, twice she slipped them off within mins and to put her back into a police unit were she can open the door from the inside is crazy, these two should be put back on basic training

  12. Script doesn’t fit the video. At 17:00 this is not another resident in shock. It’s an addict that broke and/or wandered into someone else’s house.
We appreciate 2 episodes a day, but not if quality and accuracy are sacrificed, which has been the case lately.
