A 16-year-old boy was running for his life after being shot at in downtown San Diego. He was not a threat and not a suspect, yet he was shot in the back by a police officer who only saw him for ONE second before deciding to pull the trigger. Sadly, that young man lost his life that night, which I detailed in a video back in March. Now it has been announced that the City is set to agree to THE LARGEST police settlement in US history – 30 million dollars.

30 million is small money for the city. They are happy to pay that money to avoid being held accountable and to be able to continue business as usual. Yeah, they say they found a gun on him. Do I believe it? I don't trust much of what the cops say; I've seen them lie before, especially when protecting one of their own. But even if he did have a gun on him, how can you blame him? He'd already been attacked by this gang before and ended up in the hospital. Poor kid's running from one gang shooting at him to run into another gang that kills him. I'm so tired of seeing cops get away with murder, and that's exactly what this is if the cop doesn't go to jail.
