This couple is sound asleep in their bed, inside their home, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Meanwhile, their paranoid, elderly neighbor calls 911, thinking there is an intruder inside her home. Rather than going to the elderly neighbor’s home, which was very well described by the 911 dispatcher, and relayed to the officers, the officers instead opted to just guess. They guessed wrong, and entered into the home of an innocent family, guns drawn…

  1. That man needs to learn his rights!! Offering IDs. Why didn't they apologize and go to the next door home of the right caller. Lock your doors!! Geez! So dumb.

  2. It is so obvious when the guy walks out that he is the homeowner. Why was he put in cuffs? God, someone was looking out for that family. Kids gone. No gun in the house. AND there was a dog???

  3. John, I love your work, your analysis, and passion.

BUT, your catchphrase of freedom is scary, deal with it, probably only applies to the US. All of the other 40+ countries I have lived in and spent time working in have the same (and more) civil rights held by Americans, without the need to live in fear. Outside of authoritarian states the US is likely unique in its flaws, its gun worship, its police corruption, its political division, its poor education, health and justice outcomes, its Police State.

I have rarely felt concerned or unsafe in these other countries, including China, Korea, Japan, most of Europe, all of the Pacific, much of Africa and south America. I have never felt as fearful as I have in the many previous visits to the US over 50 years.

I hope you can find a new or better way to express the need for Americans to fight the innate tyranny inherent in the so-called American democracy.

  4. No one's safe when there not one but way way to many incompetent officers. There's gonna be "accidental" injury or worse makes me worried for society. When is enough enough? When will we make them be held accountable? We won't there to many of us looking the other way or sweeping it under the rug. What's wrong is wrong and what's right is right get it together.

  5. Hey America do cops in the USA have no need to be able to read and understand addresses? Because this sort of thing seems to happen an awful lot in your country. I suppose we should be grateful that the couple did not get shot "Whilst resisting arrest"

  6. They're right next to each other(?) what? So it must be right? No one looked at the address? Why don't these morons turn on the lights? So so so dumb? IQ tests before hiring!

  7. I keep saying this over and over once the police have to pay out of there pocket and start losing there money and homes, and taxes from us the taxes then they will check and make sure everything is correct than all this bullshit will stop.

  8. The wife is asking the right questions but her husband shushes her. 🤦‍♀️ I’m so glad he left his protection at work. This could have been extremely bad.

  9. I like when the officers uncuffing the guy and he says did you hear anything moving around? They should’ve said yeah I heard three strange men with a gun in my fucking house.

  10. I'm about to watch the video from a year ago, that is titled "Changes coming to Walker County Sherrifs Office" … 🤔 Just IMAGINE if someone walked into these cops homes, with guns drawn and flashlights shining in THEIR faces!!! There WOULD BE CHARGES filed, guaranteed!!!

  11. The fact that they have guns drawn, I mean, thank God that that guy didn’t have his gun on him because that would’ve been three dead officers

  12. All that and the white dude kiss asss to the cops. What a stupid coward he is. His wife has the balls not him. Cops are wrong and he kisses ass.
