  1. Last I've seen, the "dog sniff" accuracy is around 35% and with that low of an accuracy, I would bet that the handler as in most situations gives signals to the dog to alert allowing the gestapo to do very questionable searches of law abiding American citizens.

  2. I think your assertion about the checkpoint location was wrong. Sarita, Texas, is located within the 100-mile border zone, where U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has the authority to conduct immigration checks and searches without a warrant.

  3. That should be a fourth amendment violation you said there were drugs in the car based on probable cause you better keep looking until you find something! It Should be put on the dogs record every time they get a false positive

  4. Keep quoting Court cases.
Fact matters courts dont make laws, congress dose! Courts say i can't sue for what they do. Still no laws says got to get out. Have to let them search you. F for border control for threats and attitude and believe they have higher claim and power over people! Fact these are blue line gang members who ignore the people right to travel freely without harassment. Master A+ for not bowing down and treating blue line gang members like trash.
Audit the Audit gets D- he try to promote a police accountable he believes Robe tyrants in the government mock courts have power over people rights and government cares about the people. He always pushes court cases to justify the Nazi blue line gang domestic violence on the American people! Back the Blue till your black and blue!!!

  5. They should totally keep tracks of how the Dog is performing, I see a lot of videos with false-positive on K9 sniffs on the police side.
Feels to me that a lot of times the dog is trained for multi-purposes and it goes bad, or maybe the training are not so effective as they think it should be.

My brother works at the airport, they have 4 dogs that are used to sniff passengers luggage, goods, packages that are mailed, and in 6 years he is there, not even ONCE the dog did a false alert.
The closest these dog came to being wrong, is signaling a person that used, or had contact drugs, sometime before the checkpoint, so they don't find the drugs and don't make arrests, but at minimum they find lighters, paper for rolling, or other drugs paraphernalia.

I am not sure if the dogs being on the outside, with open air, gets in the way of the sniffing process, but the dogs on the airport are extremely precise.

  6. On average, trained dogs alert falsely 80% of the time. Likely this high because they are signaled to alert by their handler in order to circumvent constitutional restrictions

  7. I would’ve literally screwed bacon to the outside of my vehicle to pull up to that checkpoint and then when they said the dog alerted that would’ve been the end of it, I’ve been like yeah I don’t fucking think so

  8. 16 minute mark is hilarious. Problematic stop aside, Mexicans being good people or not is irrelevant to whether or not they are in the US illegally. Anyone who locks their doors is a hypocrite if they argue against deportation of illegals.
