My state thought they were passing a harder law to get a gun, but they created a law that a cop cant touch my gun as long as i have licenese infact they cant even see it. so patheitec a sherrif gives you the licences but these children are scared about what the sherrif said and gave you a license.

Public intoxication is a crime. He had been drinking that’s why he didn’t drive. Clearly he walked home drunk falling asleep in a driveway along the way.
I am unable to find any criminal code number for the crime of "We got a call". I haven't been able to find the definition or elements of the crime of "We Got A Call", and I haven't been able to find the punishment for committing the crime of "We Got A Call".
Once again, they investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong. Surprise, surprise.
What else are they gonna do, admit they were wrong, accept liability, and the consequences of their actions? Of course not.
Remember, if anyone without a badge did this, it would be called theft and kidnapping.

Just as a reminder: Audit the Audit is not a lawyer. I wouldn't recommend sleeping in somebody's driveway. Implied consent is the only thing allowing you to walk up and knock on someone's door. Implied consent doesn't allow you to do anything you want on another person's property until they get fed up and trespass you.
