Over one month after Migos rapper Takeoff was killed at a Houston bowling alley, his parents are involved in a legal battle over the distribution of his estate because the late rapper passed away without a will. Unfortunately, his only next of kin are his parents (including the father who may have not been there during his upbringing). My family is going through a VERY UNFORTUNATE airy and ppl who have NO relationship with my grandfather (who raised my dad from the age of 5 until 73) are legally entitled to his estate. Even tho my father and grandparents built an empire together (with my fathers income). He had no biological children and there was no legal adoption just a name change when my father turned 18.
