This clown should have never been hired as a police officer. He was known through past work experience to be an irrational, narcissistic manchild with poor judgement. The way he answered in his job interview if he could ever kill someone and he gleefully responded “no problem” should have disqualified him then and there. It was inevitable this simpleton was going to kill someone eventually.
