I wholeheartedly support them using those lyrics. If anyone is causing violence, then they need to be taken off the street by any means necessary. And they shouldn’t just use this in rap either, even the rap is the only genre of music that talks about real violence in that way.

This district attorney Fanni Willis should be fired… this is all a political stunt, from an overzealous DA that wants her name in the forefront for personal benefit. If your only evidence is music writen by the defendant, that's not evidence, it's hearsay. If musical lyrics are evidence why didn't a DA go after Johnny Cash, Freddy Mercury, Bob Marley, etc… for murder, which those artists also claimed in their music? What a joke and a waste of the tax payers money. This is harassment and defamation. If no actual evidence to prove this RICO case is presented, plus his lawyer can't win a counterclaim against this county, not only is he a horrible lawyer, but this will go from a travesty to a tragedy. This is AMERICA, we have the right to free speech. The Supreme Court has said the Free Speech Clause protects false speech when viewed as a broad category, which by definition includes music (a music genre is a broad category). What a tremendous waste of this mans time and life, which hopefully the county will have to pay for, all due to greed in one form or another, in this case from the DA Fanni Willis. 🤦🏽♂️

If these rappers were smart they would argue that “rap” is just an art like a movie. Just because you see Robert DeNiro killing Pesci in a movie doesn’t mean DeNiro is a real killer or bad guy. Can’t say the same for Alec Baldwin though lol.
