Dear Legal Commentator…you have the 'V' backwards…there has never been a case where Amber was the plaintiff against Johnny…get it together before offering an 'expert' opinion 🙄
What’s her proplem? She lost period very good lawyers thought she was skint don’t every one get it! She’s a liar !!!
Two different court cases … the fact is in the UK it WAS Johnny suing the newspaper this WAS Johnny suing AH ffs for deformation … UK was a bias judge VIRGINIA was a jury BIG DIFFERENCE… UK COURT CASE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE VIRGINIA COURT CASE … You can have an opinion but you can’t lie.
In England he was in court against a news paper, in America he is in court against amber, 2 different trials and 2 different legal systems… amber lost because she was the abuser and a proven liar period.
The op-ed that amber heard wrote clearly painted Johnny depp as an abuser which clearly was not the case.
We watch the entire trial. The witnesses, recordings all point to amber heard being the abuser and the liar.
There are many more recordings of amber screaming and taunting Johnny that was not played in court which I think was a complete mistake and should of been included.
If this appeal was granted, only the same evidence can be presented again, only the same witnesses can be called again. The only thing can happen if this appeal goes on is witnessed being discredited, evidence thrown out. That can not happen.

This shits still going on? Neither won. She hates she didn't win but Jonny didn't win either. He lost so much because of it all while she just loses money and respect from her side.
He lost many brand deals, Movie contracts, his own kids got put through the situation which he wouldn't have wanted. She is just a spoilt child wanting her way. She needs to just stfu and disappear where she doesn't ruin her image any more than she already has

When is amber Heard actually going to pay what she owes Johnny Depp the court awarded him millions yet she ain't payed him why has she not been taken back to court or why has her bank account not been frozen so she can't access any more money for her own needs till she pays him in full?
If you think this will go her way you understand nothing about this civil process, regardless of you’re education and experience.

She felt the full force of society because she WAS LYING! Amber was the AGGRESSOR, NOT the victim! That was proven through medical records of Johnny. She didn't provide ANY Medical records of injuries she suffered for which she was "scared for her life"… Yet, she kept going after him. Not so "scared of him", then.
Defamation is NOT covered by First Ammendment. She did not say "I felt" during the Trial – and she did admit it was about Johnny!
She screwed up big time by telling the Jury that Johnny's name was deleted by ACLU who was coaching her article…
1) English Judge, friend of Murdoch – owner of Tabloid…
2) That biased Judge DID NOT allow Johnny to present defense witnesses! To be clear!
Stop confusing people with that BS. It wasn’t Depp vs Heard, it was Depp vs The Sun Tabloid, in the UK.
She lied about everything and the judge favored The Sun and should have recused himself, now retired. I guess he knew when to quit, before the truth came out.
She did reference Depp and their relationship. She sunk herself when she inserted "2 years ago"
I would sue Amber and bury her in the ground or jail already psycho
