It was a judge not jury in the UK trial
What a lot of people don't understand is in the united kingdom trial, amber was a witness not a party and wasn't subjected to disclosure. In the us, she was a party and subject to disclosure, that destroyed her lies. In the UK, at one point the judge literally says that the words of amber and her friends had more weight than 4 police officers because the officers didn't write down notes.
She will never concede defeat!!! She will continue to bring this up, as far as it will be in her favor. She will not let this go.😤😤😤

The only verdict that still stands post US settlement is the UK one and for all those who dismiss it saying its not relevant; YOU ARE WRONG! Here are the HIGH COURT JUDGES WORDS IN REGARD TO THE JUDGMENT THAT JOHNNY DEPP IS A WIFEBEATER (which still stands by the way!)
'Finally, the US proceedings will not produce a clear and reasoned judgment, which is exactly what Eady J said is so important. Trial in the proceedings in Virginia will be a jury trial with just a verdict. Here, your Lordship will deliver a clear and reasoned judgment taking into account a MASS OF EVIDENCE, hearing from the parties and giving your judgment in relation to 14 different incidents. As I say, Eady J made clear that it is a reasoned judgment that provides the vindication, not just for the claimant but also for the defendant.
There is also, in my submission, an important public interest given what has been said in open court by the defendants that a well-reasoned judgment is handed down. A jury in a court in Virginia maybe a year from now or more, if there is one, saying they simply find for Mr Depp or Miss Heard is nowhere near the same thing as your Lordship's reasoned judgment, and we say it does not provide vindication at all!

Please make 2 corrections avoiding any misleading favors. Because TRUTH matters.
1- She settled her " APPEAL" not the defamation case. Jury's' verdict still stands.
2- There was NO JURY in UK case.
So does this mean that Johnny doesn’t have to pay her 2 million for the statements made by his former Attorney? Does this settlement eliminate that judgment? If so that’s great for Johnny. We all know she’ll continue to lie though so I wouldn’t be surprised if we up seeing the two of them in court again….

Please choose your words correctly. AH settled her APPEAL, not the defamation case. She LOST the defamation case as she was found GUILTY in the trial. JD WON. JD is not the abuser — AH is and she is still being one.

She blew $7mil fast…no investments, no opportunities, nothing just a game she continued to play!! Always in Heavenly God Time NEVER our own!!! Time tells I am glad he financially could fight this when others do not have that privilege. I still go watch the case to help me not to become, think or behave that way of AH!! I knew Johnny Depp would do this with the judgement. It wasn’t about retribution but justice and he would not live with hisself financially destroying a new Mother. He’s a wonderful human being. I hope she has learned from this fiasco.
