FWPD knew he was capable of this heinous crime and they hired him anyway. The problem with policing in the U.S. is that the system is willing to sacrifice its citizens of their homes, properties, monies and even their lives to create the illusion that the occupation of law enforcement is a desirable one to up and coming officers. If officers are not given special treatment and immunity, no one would want to be in law enforcement. It takes this kind of a narcissistic officer, in a system that defends officers so blindly, to allow a verdict like this to make its way into sentencing…fortunately, in this case his actions didn’t go unpunished. Zero tolerance for police bad conduct…remember, they are to be held to a higher standard, not to one of impunity. Anytown, USA.

How does that one word "Guilty" feel? That's right. No single word has ever crushed you like that before. But when it was other people you found it entertaining and humorous. You don't appear too happy now. I hope it only gets worse for you everyday in prison. You will be disliked by everyone there and more. And none of your other Cop buddies will be there to help gang up on the ones that don't like you.. Nope, your in deep doo doo Officer. Boy I bet you hate those Body Cams right about now, can't successfully give perjured Testimony with those things telling the truth all the darn time. He will only actually serve 50% of the sentence. Federal crimes is 85%. So he's out in less than 6yrs. She on the other hand got a life sentence. Doesn't;t sound fair to me.
Time served plus early release – 5 years or less
