I do believe he is innocent. I guess I’m one of the few. He was convicted based on media persecution and the fact he was cheating on his wife. I hope he gets a new trial. Witnesses saw her walking her dog while he was driving to go fishing. She was still alive when he left to go fishing period.
Heartbreaking crime. The evidence of guilt doesn’t point to anyone else but Scott.
Scott needs a new Trial. The man is 100% innocent. The timeline and the scientific evidence proves it. The man really just went fishing that morning. Crazy how the events played out but there are 2 facts that prove the man is innocent. There are no facts he did. I like facts. Facts are real.

Scott Peterson's family needs to accept the jury's decision and come to terms with the fact that he is guilty. And he is!

life sentences torment the families of victims, look at the Manson family parole hearings…instead of convicting people and not being sure of their guilt, why not improve the system instead of ridding death penalty for serial or heinous offenders…there's elderly, ill, children, homeless, starving, while murderers are given three squares a day is egregious…some crimes are so heinous, if you commit them, you forfeit your right to walk this rock among living beings

Thank goodness the Judge made the right decision. I will never believe he's innocent. What I don't agree with is that murderers are allowed to receive money from the public that's how these convicted murders have money to appeal. That's hilarious yes dying his hair 🤣🤣🤣

Conner would’ve been 20 years old…. Going to college… I mean… if he is supposedly “innocent”, why waste 20 years of your life in prison for a crime you supposedly didn’t commit? Why not just take a polygraph exam from the first day you were arrested?! I’m sure his memory was way better 20 years ago when this crime just occurred vs today, 20 years later and after the crime. He should’ve taken a polygraph exam the time he was arrested and accused/charged…… the fact that Scott’s father told him not to take the polygraph exam just tells us already that he’s guilty! I mean if you’re innocent and want to clear your name— all you need to do is just take the polygraph! Smh 🤦🏼♂️ So because he refused the polygraph, we knew from that moment that he was 100% guilty. If you are innocent then you take the polygraph. When you refuse to take the exam, you are admitting that you are guilty already. Otherwise why would you refuse? If you have nothing to hide? Point blank.

Aside of the horrendous murder,. When it was confirmed that the body of the baby was found floating away….and still with the umbilical cord attached, that truly made such an impact in my heart. I started crying, I don't even live in the US, and just trying to imagine such a heartbreaking scene, it just does not have a name to describe…
I don't care if they submitt more information, the sole fact that during the prayers, he calls his lover to tell her he's in Paris!!!!

That sweet baby was intact, his little body trying to breath his first breath was impossible. He never had a chance. Born and die ….and nobody knows and will ever know if he fought to live.

The MPD should have done their jobs. They refused follow the actual evidence, tips and sightings that points in a completely different direction. The media spun everything and that's the way police wanted it.
He was seen at the marina by three people. Does it sound logical that a guy is going to kill his wife and take the chance of dumping her body in broad daylight. He needs to back the boat down the ramp and leave it there for anyone to see in broad daylight including anyone from the hundreds of people that live on their boats all year round.
There was no forensic evidence, eyewitnesses, video surveillance etc ever proving the States theory. Even the SF Medical examiner (Boyd Stevens) explained to the lead detective that it would be highly unlikely that 32 lbs would submerge the body. It would just float. He also said the currents would likely take the body out to sea. She was found nearly 4 months later. How do currents flowing Southbound at 4 knots place either body where they were found.
-Conner (baby) was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Allison Galloway determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th.
-Conner was found above the high tide line and water break.
-The baby's left ear was permanently flattened against the head and a rectangular piece of material was over his ear.
-Plastic wrap knotted around his neck that had to be cut off, not far from a plastic bag which was never tested.
-The criminologist and medical examiner, both concluded that the twine could not have wrapped around Conner’s neck accidentally. Dr. Cyril Wecht noted, "never in a million years."
-Laci had a missing neck that is not consistent with any known disarticulation in aqueous environments.
-Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been, explaining why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made.
The problem with the death penalty is, we don't hand it down anywhere near enough and we take far too long to carry it out when we do!!
Baby Connor would be all grown up by now if this never happened
