A sentence of 15-years probation is an obvious trap. So the DA gets a plea to avoid a trial and virtually ensures that the defendant will violate it along those fifteen years where they'll circle back to jail. These types of sentences shouldn't even be allowed, honestly, there should be a limit on the strict rules associated with these probation sentences and obviously the length of them.

If this bloke geys 15 years probation in the uk after life sentance or life locence is common on release but ive never seen any 1 on the british system get a sentance of 15 years probation and stay clean away from old accociates thats a feet in itself so if je gets called upon 2 testify n refuses he goes tp prison for 40 years is that correct appreciated

What house 30 years of supervised probation man I could barely get through three years and the other three previous probations I had I violated all of them and did a combined total amount of 5-years probation to me is a setup anything can happen to you thank God I was never involved with or was drawn up into any type of BS man we need to teach younger children like this can happen to you in real life and in real-time we need to teach the younger generation the laws of our country and personally the state that you reside in it's very essential an important I live in Baltimore City and should as wild and crazy

Everyone who is saying he is getting 30 years of probation or ten years of probation your all incorrect , he is intermittent being sentenced to probation , and after he testifies and the trial is over they are letting him revoke his guilty plea and the state will not prosecute which means that after the trial he will change his plea to not guilty , and the state agrees to not prosecute meaning after trial he will not be on probation or have any legal consequences regarding this case he will have zero convictions after trial if he testifies honestly and all his charges will be dropped and he will not have probation
