A Georgia judge was shocked when two “YSL” gang members rejected the state’s plea deals on Thursday ahead of Young Thug’s RICO trial. “Young Slime Life” members Tenquarius Mender, aka Nard, faces 50 years if convicted of charges against him, while Derontae Bebee, aka Be, faces a life sentence. The judge asked the two co-defendants to reconsider the plea deal during a short break.

The Judge is actually selling a plead deal to a criminal defendant—-who is SUPPOSED to be Innocent until proven guilty — Sounds like this Judge already made up his mind
Another reason they reject is that they are scared to accept the plea. If they accept the plea it makes it appear to the other defendants that they are talking or cooperating with the State. They would rather roll the dice with the trial than walk free and become a potential target on the street.

This is a very dirty de and judge first time seeing this now I understand why they sent his lawyer up because she wouldn't allow him to take that bogus plea deal to help enhance their RICO case by admitting YSL is a dang if the prosecution has any evidence against you they are not going to offer such a low plea bargain this is very dirty. I guess arrested his attorney was away to ensure he loses his trial
15 years probation is a trap. And the judge should not be persuading anyone to plead guilty regardless of time they are facing. They should take the the plea and then appeal on the fact the judge scared them into it and get probation reduced more
