  1. Yes, it is traumatic to hear a teenage psychopath talk about murdering my lifelong neighbors like it’s “computer hacking.” Gross! Dude had a hit list & weapons at home w/ no remorse!

  2. They have a right to council during any proceeding regarding their case. This was not a legal proceeding. All the attention is being placed on Ross and the incarcerated person. It all falls on the prosecutors and the judge that allowed this interview to be admitted as evidence during the sentencing hearings.

  3. I think the problem could be that someone might embellish or act for a camera. Not saying that's what the guy did but they could easily use that as a defense against their version of his state of mind.

  4. So let me get this straight, the Supreme Court likely will not hear this case as it's not something monumental enough for them to make a 6th ammendment statement. But if they did, they would likely rule that Texas screwed up. So because the case won't pad the legacy of the Justices with a landmark decision, this dude will die rather than be sentenced to life in prison. Well that's quite the system you got there in the US. Justice for all my arse.

  5. His adoptive mother is a crazy nut, multiple marriages, disowned 1/2 of the dozen kids she adopted, too busy being holier than thou to spend time with her kids. If he spoke in jail without Jeff Ross being there, an inmate or guard could has ratted him out with no consequences.

  6. He is not a teenager when he decides to murder, quit sticking up for the criminal and not feeling for the innocent. U take someone's life then you don't deserve to continue to live on this earth.

  7. The defence are grasping at straws. At no time was he under duress when asked the questions. He voluntarily answered and so the death penalty verdict should not be altered.
