  1. •Cellular data can be turned off to save battery and/or to achieve better signal in a rural area. •Someone living nearby could resonate with a cellular tower for any reason as that town looks smaller by comparison to other major cities and his commute could be short. •An opinion on driving past a location multiple times on any time measurement is just an opinion. •Stalking has to cause intense damage to the well-being of an individual of a certain stature and can't be subjective and no act of civil injunction with or without protection has been mentioned. •Bushy eyebrows seen in the dark via doorway when someone is walking past you may not be credible and it seems subjective in respect of variety of penciled-in eyebrows versus the bushy style of description given and recollection of events under duress can be plucked out by a good defense. •Hearing someone mention a person being in the home is true as multiple residents occupied the dwelling and crying can be related to feelings those inhabitants had and a dog could bark while playing. •People make decisions knowing their time and life are on the line and calling on law enforcement right away doesn't equate law enforcement arriving any second soon as they are humans, responsive action of a survivor is by the merit of that individual. •A sheath found could be a sheath found by the housemates. •Personal car driven around is his only means of travel as he has been making a way for his family and maybe more so than many undergraduates and/or those born with more financial freedom. •And eyes and demeanor of focus and weight of a situation that could affect his entire life based on what seem to be a lot of hunches (not proven guilt yet or not proven really probably cause) is to be had at almost 30 years of age and having dealt with college students for many years. •Less people drawn to a city can equate less employment needed and pinning something on an individual to save the fiscal aspect of the town would not be the American way of fair judicial proceedings. •That jury may not have many places to hide from their want to solve a case so fast should they base their say on anything other than factual evidence. There are a lot of layers to this case and a lot of people involved who may have departed the country which make for a lot of politics and all of this sheds light on parenting offspring at any age, security, regimen in regard to 24 hours being in a day and the relation to the lit hours putting ease on visibility. It may be safe to say the pandemic is not over and not a competition of packing as many adult (18+) occupants as possible on 1 property. All genders can protect each other and must take control of that duty as civilians or at any level of society and the whole live in the same massive home but be so distant from each other may need to be lessened as safety can be in numbers with close proximity to each other. Family of those involved commenting on whereabouts in regard to current living arrangement and/or future plans can compromise safety, and pesky reporters should be treated like prying paparazzi as they push the agenda of their news station despite real need of being prepared for the future.

  2. Right now, live time a serial killer with a degree in the same fields of employment, is mid stream commiting the same felonies upon UNARMED CIVILIANS. The ONLY difference is this individual graduated, and went into the Military, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community career path. The numbers dead are outrageous, and the numbers of People TORTURED (which is a particular favorite of this serial killer, who is identified as the "power control" serial killer "type") even worse. If there is no intervention there will be countless more dead as this man has no intention of stopping, is using his title and position as cover, and horrifyingly has trained "copycat" serial killers, which, inspite of law enforcement, military and intelligence community personnel having ample evidence of him having done so…is still not making any arrests nor intervening. Instead the Intelligence, Military, and Law Enforcement Personnel are watching him and his colleagues TORTURE Civilians in their homes until deceased, and this has been done repeatedly. They have operated off of the 4800 block of Myrtle Ave Sacramento California 95841 RIGHT BESIDE THE ARC COLLEGE OF SACRAMENTO. and off of Birdcage, and Greenback in Citrus Heights CA. They are actively recruiting and more resemblant of a cult or Terrorists group than a standard individual MURDERERS case. If anyone knows a legitimate FBI Officer like the ones that stopped the monster above in this news report, please send them our way as we desperately need help in California.

  3. Sounds like a "Murder by Numbers" movie remake… PhD student who thinks he is smarter than everyone, studying criminology… Feels like he did it to get subject matter for his thesis…. get into the criminal mind state, try plan and pull off the perfect murder using it as research. Just my bet based off of what I've heard ao far

  4. Proof that your life's history repeats itself. This guy is Reincarnated Theodor Rossevelt Bundy!!! He looks like him, even has the same back ground, studied criminology , Ted Bundy studied law school, and worked as a emergency hot line for suicidal victims . Look at his eyes he's giving the narcissists evil demonic stare even while his criminal photo is taken. I'm very sure that he truly is Ted .R. Bundy, reincarnated and you heard it from me first, I'm very good at thinking out side the box and I have a nack, for recognizing reincarnated doomed souls. They don't fool me!! 😇😇😇🗝️🧐🧐👼🤫

  5. Maybe he saw them, their group of friends, their active social lives, parties and had extreme fomo, envy. Instead of being a normal socializing person, he likely had no friends and wasn’t likable. They probably represented all the kids he grew up with who excluded him from fun stuff. Creepy.

  6. I’m sorry for this comment I have no idea what they have on this guy but we are innocent till proven guilty maybe he did it but for me I didn’t have any information. He is still innocent till proven guilty if he is the killer I’m glad he’s in jail sorry I’m not trying to upset anyone close to this that could know more then me

  7. Making evidence fit the suspect. Classic ‘mind-closed’ investigation. He is not guilty. And just cause you study forensics doesn’t make you a serial killer. In fact, if you were so good at your studies you would not leave any evidence would you? Besides, the dna is not 100% his, it is familial.

  8. My question is why that friend did not call the police? also, how someone kill 4 people inside the house and the other did not notice anything?
    something is wrong/missing

  9. All branches of LE did an excellent job in this investigation. despite all the criticisms they held everything close to the vest to protect the arrest and an eventual trial. Well Done!

  10. Y’all know what this case highlights, the bias people have. We hear about how in certain communities people are scared to speak to cops. They will witness heinous crimes and all keep quiet. They’ll keep quiet out of fear and the fact that they can comeback and have comeback. Be it when the mob was in power, gang violence, and so many other situations. Now this girl that witnessed it and waited over 6 hours to call police and was sure of her safety people are saying it’s excusable and calling it trauma. Even though according to the affidavits she simply saw the person and didn’t witness the murder at all. Things aren’t adding up and personally I believe that people would gladly be laying thick accusations if the people involved held different political views of looked different.

  11. So now they are saying the guy was in the house over 12 times partying. The women had an open door policy at the home. The women had no fear of anything. They were reported multiple times to the police. Its almost like the police was helping them warning them about the partying and the owner should have shut them down. They didnt deserve death but those residents were selfish and naive about their safety.

  12. I was truly surprised to hear that they've made an arrest in this case already! This team clearly has worked diligently to solve such a complex crime/crime scene. Congratulations to these fine people.
I hope that this may help the family & friends of these 4 young promising students. 💔❤
