That female is definitely not officer material she sounds like and emotional drug addict girl friend
"Idk if i counted it right, I counted about $820".
Definitely some money missing. And how can we trust her with a gun and to know the law if she can't count money right?
Nevermind that
When there is no sun,
Outside the car is the same as inside the car.
Those cops are an embarrassment. We hope they get fired or quit over this interaction. They have no business in law enforcement.
As usual, cops enforcing ego instead of the law.
These so-called witnesses are a joke. The dog is about to rip in 50 degrees????? They are suffering from mass hysteria, just cosigning on bull shat. Horrible police work.
Imagine that, the homeless person, who pays no taxes and gets goverment handouts commits a crime, admits it, and is paid no attention. The law abiding citizen who commits no crime is arrested. Got it. It seems like the only requirement for LEO is an IQ under 90
"Lack of criminal intent" might not be written into the law you dissected, but it's still a thing. Change the dog to a baby, and change the time to high noon; breaking a window to rescue a distressed baby in a hot car may be excusable under "lack of criminal intent", despite the standing law. The concern here would be the reasonableness (or lack thereof) of the woman's response–not dismissing, out of hand, the dimension of "lack of criminal intent".
The cops earning the hate yet again!
These officers are soooo effing dumb. I can’t anymore.
Where is this?! These officers are some of the least professional people on the planet.
I bet if they searched all the witnesses, aka actual criminals, it would explain a lot.
Short of a cop experiencing the harm they inflict on others, there will never be any improvement in these tyrannical pigs behavior
He's going to jail over what "they" said. It's night time so I doubt the dog was in danger 😅
Wow
Those cops need a new job especially that women.
Her intentions were it dose not matter you idiot!!!!!!!.
ok so she should be arrested right off the bat.
Suppression of evidence due to illegal search isn't called "the exclusionary law" its called FRUIT OF THE POISONOUS TREE".
When someone damages your property, even if it was hanging on by a thread, and they finished it off for you, theyre responsible for the damage and must fix ir wholely. THAT is called "The Eggshell Skull Rule " isnt that neat? I think they're fhe neatest names for laws. They explain theieselves easily. Eggshell skull is what they use in court for car accidents and when they sue people for damages.
Wow
The three females seemed cracked out. Terrible officers arrested him because he exercised his freedom of speech. CRAZY!!!
