I'm going to say this FOR THE LAST TIME.
in regards to this case and what we know right now, this is not a slam dunk for the prosecution, not by a long shot. Kohberger essentially doesn't have to produce anything to show in the way of his innocence. Any good seasoned defense attorney could take let's just say what the state has right this moment is all they have, the defense is going to tear thru it, transfer DNA on sheath, lapse of time before 911 call( this is huge), they are going to attack any possible mis handling of the crime scene, THE FACT THAT THE STATE ORDERED THE CRIME SCENE TO BE CLEANED UP ONCE BK WAS ARRESTED LIKE WTF? ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN WOULD KNOW IF THE SUSPECT FIGHTS THE CHARGES THEN THE DEFENSE NEEDS ACCESS TO THAT CRIME SCENE, ODD HOW THEY CLAIM TO HAVE HAD BK ON THEIR RADAR BUT TOOK SO LONG TO GET HIM INTO CUSTODY ALL THE WHILE THE CRIME SCENE HAS NOW BEEN WALKED THRU AND TOUCHED BY COUNTLESS PEOPLE, THEY ALREADY TOOK OUT THINGS BELONGING TO THE VICTIMS..THE DEFENSE DIDNT EVEN GET A FAIR SHOT AT THE CRIME SCENE, KOHBERGER HADNT EVEN GOTTEN OFF THE PLANE FROM PA AND THEY HAD ORDERED THE CRIME SCENE TO BE CLEANED. it's the burden of the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, all the defense has to do is create doubt in ONE JUROR. One more time, all the defense has to do it create doubt in the mind of one juror.
Sadly, I feel like if they keep him and this trial in the state of Idaho then he most certainly won't get a fair triak
Get him out of that state to give him a fair trial
What bothers me is that when a case is as high profile as this which will have the world watching let alone all of America, how will they find unbiased jurors for the trial? EVERYONE'S heads will be filled with a "he is guilty" mindset which will bias the case against Kberg. Btw, channels like this one only feed the public the assumption Kberg is guilty. It's wrong.
Firstly, this is more of a high profile case than OJ Simpson and in which OJ was found not guilty. Kberg doesn't have a dream team but both sides of the court need all the time they can get to be as accurate and thorough as possible so as to not go near a possibility of a mistrial. The weight on their shoulders is immense beyond imagination.

Whoever gets on the Kohberrger jury. They will have seen him countless times in an orange jumpsuit. Which the mind associates with convict. Even if you're still presumed innocent. I recall that O.J. Simpson. In court. Wore a suit and tie. Are there rules about this?
It’ll be time served, he’s on his way to spend the rest of his life in prison, unless they decide to give him a death penalty..
Koberger is Guilty and should get Life.
This process will take months, if not YEARS. My friend was killed on Jan 12th, 2019. I'm still waiting for the dudes trial
Can I just say this , I'm solely going based off the information that I have gathered through watching the news exct.
My question is and would be , where is her ex boyfriend , who she did call before the murders took place ?? How did kohberger get into the house ?? And the 2 survivors, why aren't they dead ? I would assume someone who did such a brutal thing would have killed them all ? And lady and her boyfriend in the same bed , did he not try to fight back while his girlfriend was being stabbed he was a large individual , there are so many questions to this situation . I would also ask does anyone involved in this have any parent exct that is in politics or has connection into politics. This situation reminds me of the movie primal fear and or the movie the skulls. Or did kohberger do a live test of what he had learned from his time in the criminal studies field , to see if in fact he would get away with it .?
BK waived his right to a speedy preliminary hearing (within 14 days)
this is a slam dunk case. his parents have 6 months to convince him to plead guilty with no trial. other wise he will be executed.
My guess is that the knife came out of the sheath very early; no surprise he left it behind. He went in fixated on, and planning to kill, a single girl. But he ran into people paired up.

He's innocent they should let him out of jail!
He will stay behind bars until execution talking about he can't wait to be exonerated yeah right!!!!!
Does anyone else feel that Bryan could be framed in this case so the cops have a scapegoat as they cannot find the actual killer?? All the evidence is so flimsy. And has so many loop holes. No jury will convict based on this. We need more conclusive evidence. There isn’t anything here that proves beyond reasonable doubt that Bryan was the one in the house that night.
Keep him off the front page and news talk about the victims and what they did let it rest im not watching anymore bs reports are assumptions

If they find no DNA in the car it will be wow! All these lives disrupted for this disgusting act of self indulgence. Imo the killers motive was just that. Maybe scorned or shot down by one of the victims. Either way this was self gratifying in the absolute worst possible way.

Why no one ever even mention the second surviving roommate? Like did she slept all night long and knew nothing about this at all and heard nothing? No one ever mentioned anything at all. Like she never there.
How would evidence not be circumstantial?
So as of right now it's a 50%/50% shot of BK possibly walking away from his charges pending against him. June 26th is a very long time to wait for answers. This case is such a high profile case we will definitely be questioning whether BK is the Idaho killer or exactly what happened that late-early Sunday morning. I just can't get my head around the fact either surviving roommates didn't call 911 til 11:58am! That's a long time to sit in shock. Something doesn't add up with her story. I believe there's another twist plot and FBI will find out the truth about who was involved in these murders and how it was planned out. I believe DM might be lying 🤥 to the police about what happened that night. I believe both girls possibly left the house and was dropped off at the house early that morning and that's when they were found. I hate playing the guessing game. But this case doesn't make any sense especially when there's missing pieces and informing that's not being said publicly and I know why bc its still a active case and FBI n LE is trying to build a case against BK but they need to make sure he wasn't a friend of the group n maybe DM does know BK and she is lying about it. Could May be apart of the BK plan. Who knows!
