  1. His dna on the knife sheath, his car in the area, the eye witness with his bushy eyebrows, his behavior with gloves throwing his garbage in the neighbors is not just a coincidence. O J simpsons blood all over the crime scene is a coincidence too ?

  2. Why have his dad fly in and drive with him back to PA?

Why was he silent in class when they brought up this case but not every other case?

These are the hard facts that the jury will be thinking about when they’re trying to look beyond reasonable doubt.

  3. Good God, the DNA isn’t even admissible … the guy may be as guilty as sin or as pure as an angel, I don’t know, but the evidence “reported” seems awfully weak.

  4. – I murdered them by mistake
    – They fell on my knife by mistake
    – I'm not me
    – The killer isn't me as I was there
    – There is no proof of me killing them as I did
    – USA, USA, USA

  5. Maybe be was supplying drugs to that house that night…explains why he drove around , and why he went out at 2am. Also explains why his cell had been then in last 6 months and why DM didnt call the cops… just a thought.

  6. I agree. Weak evidence so far. He could also be a druggie still and be buying selling drugs around universities hence travels to Moscow and turned off sell phone and not reporting car to police.
Circumstantial evidence could mean very bad luck. Sometimes when you through the dices you get Yahtzee but it very rare. But it happens. If they don’t find internet evidence like him stalking them online or a connection o don’t know.

  7. Horrible interview. Check her bar license. The eyewitness description of a man leaving the house is direct evidence not circumstantial. Also, Brian’s DNA was found next to the murder victims and it was on the sheath for the knife he used. It’s Ridiculous to argue that his DNA was left at a different time or transferred.Won’t work in this case.
The totality of evidence is overwhelming but there’s always the lawyer who has nothing to do with the case seeking attention. Pray for the victims!

  8. Cellphone tower pings are not as she described it, What she described (10 miles range) is cellphone tower registration, The ping is a trio ping, meaning, your position is pinged by 3 towers each of 120 degrees to determine your exact location (100 feet error), so the map drawn was accurate, and such data is easy to be obtained.
On the other hand, I think the dude will walk free because the investigator has no more evidence.
