Judge Allows X-Rated Photos of Antifreeze Killer Mark Jensen in Murder Trial

Judge Anthony Milisauskas allowed the prosecution to introduce evidence that contains penis photos and emails in the Mark Jensen retrial. “It should hardly come as a surprise that we’re going to be talking about penises in this trial,” special prosecutor Robert Jambois said.

  1. The defense attorney’s ridiculous travel mug is the most Wisconsin thing I’ve ever seen, and that’s saying a lot given everyone’s accents.

  2. Why do I want to start screaming "PENIS!" just like in the movie 500 Days of Summer 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  3. Blah blah blah…blah blah blah. Is this really what americas justice system functions like? I feel for the policeman having to stand there for hours and listen let alone look at what these three people are discussing. Someone lost their life, the judge had a laugh. None of it is funny. It’s more bizarre and weird that the lawyer is saying it’s weird and bizarre. Spare the jury already man, it’s gona be 3 days of slideshows discussing all the shapes and sizes. 😂

  4. Exactly let the jury decide??
They already have once & im sure they’ll find him guilty all over again!
Waste of time & money, this man not only murdered his wife in a most cruel manner, but insists she did it to herself to spite him?
Despite only evidence of spite points straight at him?

  5. I knew nothing about this trial going in and I've done no outside research. This Mark dude is an absolute creep! While that doesn't make him guilty, the evidence is ridiculous. Nice try Mark but I think you're exactly where you belong.

  6. Having you as my doctor is a great positivity that I don't really have to bother about Enhancing my Penis with Surgery no more Dr igho, because your herbal medication for penis enhancement has shown not only me but the world how good your products are and I'll keep recommending you.

  7. Is there a penal code on the penis sketches? Forgive me! I've been watching too many trials on YouTube. Chuckle! It gets to you after a while. Needless to say, the man had a fetish, and for all we know he probably sketched his own! Anyway, I'm with the judge on this one!

  8. What his wife was doing was far more bizzare, strange and unusual! Why was she journaling her husband?? It looks like she was detailed enough to plot and carry out a set up on her husband. I'm not convinced. The journal just shows that her mental stability was seriously tumbling.

If he was obsessed with phallic presentations, it is irrelevant!! Hollywood men are obsessed with phallic presentations

  9. In my opinion….why would a man be SO weirdly OBSESSED over penises and penis size? Because he obviously feels inadequate about his own!! why else? 😂😂

  10. The prosecutor shouldn't be allowed to label Mark himself as "bizarre, strange and unusual"… as these terms are based on only one alleged habit of Mark's amongst his regular day in and day out routine, of which is largely speculative.. And all three terms meaning at least somewhat close to the same thing… indicates that the prosecutor's goal is to exagerate this depicted character of Mark's. The prosecutor would seem to say it best just choosing one of the three. And although it may at least sound something of typical for him to use the word unusual firstly (implying not typical) AND bizarre or strange to the following (implying a step further in describing the extent of abnormality)…, however, the phrases "unusually bizarre" and "unusually strange" don't seem to sound right together… being that bizarre and strange already include the indication of being unusual by themselves.
